Les and his team of experienced technical specialists can provide customers with technical help, guidance and problem resolution. Technical support staff are available to customers from 8.45 a.m. until 5.15 p.m., Monday to Friday, and our BBS (Bulletin Board Service) is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
We are also happy to provide training, which can be offered either at Barcrest Group offices or, numbers permitting, on customer premises. Among the many courses available are those covering machine servicing and unit repairs.
